One of the evening plenaries featured a creation care segment with Dave Bookless appearing on video, Ed Brown interviewing Rocio Parra, an environmental attorney and PhD candidate from Chile who specializes in the Law of the Seas. Lausanne’s Director of Regions Las Newman from Jamaica closed the segment with an eloquent prayer. Creation care was well represented during the rest of the week as well, with seminars on Environmental Justice (in partnership with the Justice Network), Biodiversity and Business, and Climate Change in the workplace.
