During this season of growth, re-purposing, and re-imagination, ECHO is seeking a director to lead the North America RIC (NA RIC) to expand, strengthen, and equip a network of North Americans reaching the world. Physically located at a Small Farm Resource Center (SFRC) in Fort Myers, the Director of ECHO North America will benefit from the model of and interaction with the RICs already implemented around the world, synergizing and leveraging the potential the RIC will have to bless our network. The Director, working closely with the Regional Support Services Manager, will lead and supervise team leaders and technical staff, as well as actively participate in research, extension and outreach approaches to equip development organizations and workers from the region.
